RISE: Cannot embed video from Media Platform
I have an issue with embedding video from our corporate video repository, Media Platform. It does not let you play it inline, it only lets you click to open a new window.

I've raised the question with Media Platform support, but was wondering if this is something you guys understood why was happening, and could help.

Hello, I'm having the same issue with embedding Kaltura content. The content is coming from the https://cdnapi.kaltura.com domain. Can anything be done to get this working?
I have a third-party vendor that supplies me safety videos. It seemed like a great marriage to be able to put them in RIse and it works in a windows environment but when I try the course on my iPhone i just get a blank iframe where the video is supposed to be??

Happy to help you! Are the videos hosted on the web, or did you upload them directly to your Rise 360 lesson?
If they're hosted on the web, are they on your web server or a hosting tool like Vimeo or Youtube?
Do you run into this problem if you test the course Share link on your iPhone?

You can control the size of the embedded video by clicking on the Settings tab and adjusting the Embed Width.

Hi Rania, is the transcript player part of the embed code that Kaltura provides? If so, you can try using the embed block.
