Rise Content Library - icons only

Hello,  When authoring it Rise 360, and go to the content library to insert photos, this is what I get presented. Not actual thumbnails of photos, only these icons (see attachment). I have to select one (at a time) to see what gets imported into my program, delete it and try another icon (multiple, multiple times) until I find a photo I like. This happens even when I put in a search parameter such as 'brainstorming.' My programs are up-to-date too. What do I need to do to "see" the thumbnail photos in the content library?  Thanks
