Issues with quiz results sending in ProProfs
We built a SCORM 1.2 file for our client using Stroyline 360. They use ProProfs for their LMS and are reporting that they aren't able to see quiz responses on their end. I'm unfamiliar with ProProfs and don't have access to their LMS and have received no helpful information from ProProfs support. Is anyone familiar with this set up and can provide guidance on how to configure my Storyline file to send responses to their system?
As long as you are reporting by results slides then responses will be sent.
For scorm 1.2 they are pretty meaningless as they do not contain the response just an ID.
I would test in scormcloud if you get interaction data then the issue is with their LMS.Hi, DanaeBowers!
As Phil suggested, testing the course in SCORM Cloud will help you understand whether the issue lies within the course or the LMS. If the course plays as expected, the issue is likely LMS-related. If the results still aren't reporting in SCORM Cloud, we'd be happy to take a look at the course to review the settings. You can upload the file here or share it privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
