Rise course completion and knowledge check issues

Hello everyone!

We have been having issues with our Rise courses tracking course completion and with viewing knowledge check questions and answers.

Course Completion Issue: Sometimes when we go through a course, exit, and return, we return to a much earlier lesson. This is very inconsistent. It was recommended by our LMS support that we move from SCORM 1.2 to SCORM 2004 and it would fix the issue, however that isn't the case. Our LMS is Thinkific. We do have audio files of the text on each page, however we would prefer they be optional, however we do want the learners to visit each lesson/page in order. 

Knowledge Check Issue: We have some courses that are showing white boxes when you hover over the answer choices and for the feedback section in some of our Check and Reflect (Knowledge Check) questions in some of our courses (See Below)

    We have also noticed that it is not retaining the answers for the check and reflect questions.
