Rise Course Content not Importing into SAP Successfactors
Any updates on this issue. I had a SCORM 1.2 training that I was able to put out last year. I updated the dates in the training and republished and go to import it to SAP Successfactors today and it fails.

Hello AmielHerrick,
Happy to help!
You can try uploading the same published output to a different LMS like SCORM Cloud. If your course opens in SCORM Cloud, there's a strong possibility the issue is LMS-specific, and you'll need to work with your LMS provider to address the problem. If you can replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can test your course. Let us know how it goes!

Also, if you get an error message, post that. I, or some other SuccessFactors user, may be able to guess why.

Sorry - this discussion is already about "Imported zip does not have valid content files." The most common reason I see for that is that the contents of the zip are in nested folders. The import process only looks for imsmanifest.xml in the root of the zip.
