Rise course not displaying correctly in Safari
Hi There - my rise course displays well in Chrome and other browsers but has some issues in Safari. One of them is this odd black bar that appears next to the menu window. Screenshot provided
Another issue we have is an item that is not clickable. Screenshot provided
Are there any known issues with Rise courses not working in Safari?
Thanks,
Gloria

In our case, we distribute at least a dozen Rise presentations to more than 10,000 employees through an iPadOS app using WKWebKit.
Thanks for your attention on this. - IvanAlmazar-275Community Member

Hi Crystal,
We experience the same issue with WKWebView for the iOS app we are developing for 300k employees.
Do you have any solution for this issue since last year ?
All other Scorm 2004 Modules work correctly in our iOS app.Best Regards,
Aurore
Thanks for checking in, Aurore. I don't have any new updates to share at this time.

Is there any resolution to this issue because we are facing something similar in Edge and Safari?
Hi, MamtaChhillar-7!
I'm sorry to hear you're seeing display issues with your Rise 360 course in Edge and Safari. Can you tell us a bit more about what you're experiencing?
- Are you seeing a blank screen, an error message, freezing, or something else? If you can you share a screenshot or screen recording, that'd give us a better understanding of what's going on.
- Does this happen for everyone who views the course or specific users?
- Does this happen with multiple files or just one?
While I wait for your reply, you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Open the course in a private or incognito browser window.
- Clear the browser cache.
- Make sure the browser is fully up to date.
- Test the course in another browser such as Chrome.
I hope this helps!
