RISE course not working when user reviews after completion

Our LMS Review Mode is set up so that after learners have completed a course, they can come back again at any time to use the course as a reference or refresher.

I'm pretty certain I have the review mode on so they can do this, but when they're revisiting it it's causing an error for some people.
It could be down to user error which is frustrating as we can't monitor it.
