Rise course published to SCORM not retaining completion
We face the same issue with our LMS and even though we use SCORM 2004 package, this issue persists.

Thanks for your reply MamtaChhillar-7​ . Unfortunately this issue is persisting for us also. I am currently working with the amazing Articulate Support team to see if we can pinpoint the issue. Again, this issue still only seems to be occurring for some of our staff, not all which is what is making it so tricky to diagnose. I'll let you know if I find any solutions.

Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? If it plays as expected there, the issue is likely related to your LMS, and I'd recommend you connect with your LMS contact to discuss settings. If the course doesn't work in SCORM Cloud, the issue may be specific to your file, and we'd be happy to take a closer look here or privately in a support case!
