Rise course recovery after deletion
Hello,
In April 2025, I created a course in Rise 360 using a free trial account. Today, I subscribed to Articulate with the expectation that I’d be able to access that course, but it appears the course has been deleted.
Is there any way to recover a Rise 360 course that was created during a free trial and is no longer visible after subscribing? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

As per the Terms of Service, Rise content created during a trial period is deleted if the trial isn't converted to paid services.
Given how long it's been since your trial period, there's no way to recover the deleted content.
