Rise Courses Not Opening

Hi: No notice sent yet - is there an issue with Rise courses opening. The Home Screen is there with all the courses, but a blank screen when trying to launch/edit.

    Hi, looking to see if this has been resolved; we are experiencing issues with a course we put together in Rise 360.  It Will not open in Chrome continues to spin.  Thank you

    Hi Andrea! From where are you launching the Rise 360 course? Is it published and hosted on a web server or LMS, or are you opening it in Rise 360 for editing?

    Please let us know if you're still hitting this roadblock!

    Hi Alyssa,  The Rise course is published/hosted on our LMS platform.  We utilize SuccessFactors Learning.  

    Yes, its very random but still happening.

      Hi Andrea! I would suggest opening a case with us so that one of our technical support engineers can look into what's happening.

    I am having this exact issue for the last two weeks. 

    I am using Edge and Chrome - both up to date. Cleared all cache etc. tried to open in incognito and it doesn't work. Can someone help me?
