Hello Robert,
Our IT recently downloaded the full version of Articulate 365 onto my computer. I believe I was in a trial period before.
All of the courses I was working on in Rise and Review were lost. I'd like to know how I can retrieve these courses from your servers.

You need to reply to Robert using the tech support email that you received from Articulate.
