Rise Custom Blocks

I have placed custom blocks throughout my rise cousre. In preview and review view, they are no longer able to be loaded and display the above error message. In edit view, they are visible though. Any ideas? anyone have a similar issue that they have solved?

    I'm excited to share that we've released an update to Rise 360 that includes a fix for:

    • Custom Block cannot be viewed when published to Reach 360 and Review 360.

    There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available. You'll need to republish any current courses to Review and Reach 360 to take advantage of this fix.

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve been affected by this issue! I can confirm that this behavior was logged as a bug in Rise 360. It occurred when a course included a custom block and was published to Review 360 or Reach 360.

    The issue has now been resolved. Please try republishing your course, and let me know if you encounter any further problems. I’m happy to help!

  • This is also happening sporadically to my team the last few days. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't regardless of whether the browser cache has been cleared. Here's hoping it gets sorted out quickly.

    KendiSpringer​ I may have a work around! Try copying your course and republishing it. I don't know what caused it to glitch, in the first place but this seemed to resolve it for me. Good luck and let me know if this works for you too.

    The same thing happened when there was the mass outage a week or so ago. I want to say it was similar to the Amazon outage. But to my knowledge that isn't the case here.
