Rise "download course" button not working after Exporting

Hi Karl,

I have followed this steps but could not able to download exported version. Even I have searched in my computer as well as in my articulate project but could not be able to download it. 

Request to help.

Hi Bhavika! Thanks for letting us know that you've followed the steps but you still cannot export your course. Please open a case with us here so that one of our technical support engineers can assist you.
