Thanks for reaching out! Great questions, especially when you’re part of a larger team. The Claude MCP option connects Claude to the Articulate account you sign in with, and the connector’s access is limited to that account.

The connector can list your course information, generate new course outlines, and retrieve limited account details. It can’t retrieve other team members’ data, billing information, or admin settings. Listing courses returns information such as titles and links, rather than the content inside existing lessons.

Articulate doesn’t currently provide a customer-facing audit log of integration activity. Visibility within Claude is governed separately by your Claude account type and organization’s controls. If you use an organization-managed Claude account, authorized organization owners may be able to access conversation data through exports. Your IT or Claude workspace administrator can confirm what applies to your account.
