Rise is not loading

Hi all,

I've been trying to login to my Rise 360 account, but since yesterday it's been stuck on the "loading your content" screen, and doesn't allow me to access my courses dashboard. 

Does anyone have any idea how to solve it?

    Why does this happen? I have not been able to get into Rise360 for over an hour this morning with the same issue!

      So sorry the Rise 360 dashboard isn't loading. We're looking into this issue, and update this thread once it's fixed.

      You can also monitor the status here. So sorry for the trouble!

    Thanks for your patience! A fix has been implemented, and the Rise 360 dashboard is loading again. We'll continue to monitor performance.
