Rise is not working in Preview but cannot find source of issue
screen shows blank but it looks correct in the edit section. (HELP)

My custom blocks aren't working at the moment, neither in Edit mode, nor Preview mode. Are you using any Custom Blocks in your course? (In case this narrows down the issue)

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you are unable to see your Rise 360 course correctly when in Preview and can't identify why.
I can confirm I can view courses successfully in Preview, so I'd like to learn more about your setup!
- I'm curious to learn more about the browser you're using. Do you notice any change if you use an incognito window?
- Do you experience this blank screen if you publish your course to the web or Review 360?
To rule out any issues with your browser, please check our System Requirements to be sure you're using one of our supported browsers on the latest version. If your setup has changed recently, it's also worth checking your Network Endpoints to confirm our domains are included in your allowlist.
If you're still having trouble with Preview displaying correctly, we'd be happy to have our Support Engineers take a closer look in a support case.
