Rise is very slow
Hi Everyone!
I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.
If you have questions about this update, or the issue you reported, please connect with our team through a support case.
Thank you!
I am also experiencing this same situation (as of writing) and my colleagues too. It will take a lot of tine to open a course I am working on and then it will be prompted of an error. I refreshed the browser, but I got the same prompt.
Hello robisorian0,
Thanks for reaching out!
- Just to confirm, what is the exact error message that your team is receiving? Is there more than one message?
- How many blocks are included in your Rise 360 courses? It would be helpful for our team to know what block types you are using as well.
It would be very helpful to take a closer look at a course you're currently working on, as well as a screen recording of the delay and error message you are all experiencing. You can share the course link in this thread or privately in a support case so we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
