Rise Matching - Truncated Text
When using the matching knowledge check or quizzing feature, there appears to be a character limit on the match objects. Is there any way to increase this? I'm working with medical education and sometimes the descriptions in these are quite long.
I'm able to create what I need in Storyline, but it would be so much better to create a multiple activity lesson in Rise.
Thanks,
Derrick
Hello everyone, 🎉
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update adds the following feature:
- Eliminated character limits for matching knowledge check block entries
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.
Let me know if you have any questions about this update.

it's been 4 years since the start of the issue with limited characters in matching type, do we have any solution within Rise?

Character limit is to low for me too. Constructing quizzes in Storyline first rather spoils the appeal of Rise :-(

Hi everyone,
Its almost 5 years and there is no update on extending the character limit. I am adding my vote for extending the character limit. Not being able to use this feature due to the character limitation is definitely a missed interactive exercise opportunity for learners.
