Rise not allowing image uploads in question banks

    Hi Everyone!

    So sorry to hear that you've been struggling to upload images to Question Banks in Rise 360!

    I can confirm this behavior was related to a bug in Rise 360. I'm happy to share that we just released a new update, which fixes this issue! There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

I'm not sure if this is related, but I'm trying to add a video to an existing question in a question bank. I get an error message that says: Some files are not allowed. Please upload only images. 

 

But I can add a video to a question in a quiz and then add that question the same question bank. The new question functions properly. 

 

So is it a bug or by design that you can add questions with video to a question bank, but you can't add a video directly to a question in a question bank?
