Rise not saving progress
I am having troubles with Rise not saving progress. When closing out a window or clicking on Save and Close, it takes learners back to the beginning of the lesson. I have tried publishing Scorm 1.2 and Scorm 2004 (2, 3, and 4 edition). If anyone has any ideas to help, please share!

Which LMS are you using?
Are you launching your courses within the LMS or in a new window?
Using Schoox and launching it through an LMS.
Is it resetting to the beginning of the entire course or just resetting them back to the beginning of the last lesson they were in? If it's just resetting to the last lesson they were in, this is the intended behavior of Rise courses, to resume at the beginning of the last lesson or quiz where they left off.
If the entire course is resetting, I would try adding in an Exit Course option somewhere. Some LMS's won't resume properly unless you include an Exit Course link inside your Rise 360 course.
There are two ways you can add Exit Course functionality to your course:
- Add a button block, and set the button destination to "Exit Course."
- Publish the course for LMS, and on the publishing screen, toggle the "Exit Course" link to ON.
