Thanks for checking out the question banks feature! We've tried to recreate this issue from our side, but so far we're not seeing any trouble with uploading images to a question inside of a question bank.
Would you mind recording a short screen recording of your steps? That would be so helpful for our team as we continue to refine this feature! Thank you!
