RISE: Quiz showing "x" in TOC but student passed quiz, so course does not complete

Hi folks,

I have never had this issue before.  We have a course in RISE that is pretty much a 12 question scenario quiz on the Bill of Patient Rights.  The course used to required 100% but people were struggling so we rezipped it and reduced to 80%.  This staff has passed but you can see the X in my scenarios which is the quiz. 

Any thoughts, this is in an LMS.

Not sure how I can fix without trying to retake the full quiz again.  I will most likely do this, but wondering if this has happened to anyone else before.

    Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when updating Rise 360 content in your LMS!

    After uploading the new SCORM package, it's possible you may have to reset the learner's progress within the LMS environment first. Or retake the Quiz as a new attempt, as you've mentioned.

    However, if the behavior persists I suggest testing the course in another LMS environment such as SCORM Cloud. That can help narrow down whether the issue is LMS-specific or related to the Rise course itself. If you notice the same results when testing in SCORM Cloud, please connect with our team through a support case. We'd be happy to review your course content and troubleshoot further!
