Rise Scenario Text Overwriting Itself - Help!
Howdy e-learning heroes,
While using Scenario Blocks in Rise360, if I click ADD CONTENT and select TEXT in the upper right, once I begin to insert body text it will overwrite ALL Text slides in the scenario. I am unable to undo this and am losing large chunks of content in the process. This happens across Firefox and Chrome as well as in duplicated versions of the project.
Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a method to troubleshoot?
Any help is appreciated!

I just submitted a ticket for the exact same thing - is there a fix, or should I just wait on the ticket? Thanks!

Hi, we are having the same issue with the scenario blocks today. Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks!Hi Laragh-Two2,
I'm happy to help!
The issue Tom described has since been fixed. To narrow down the issue, I have a few troubleshooting questions:
- Are you using the most up-to-date version of Articulate 360?
- Which browser(s) have you tried?
- Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
If the issue persists, it'd be helpful to look at your course. You can share a copy with our team through a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
