Rise SCORM 1.2 to SAP Success Factors
I am attempting to upload a Rise course to SAP Success factors. Settings have been changed multiple times, and match that of another course already built in Rise and loaded to SAP Success factors successfully.
When I upload the .zip file, it states that it is successful, and I can find it in the content package menu. However, I am unable to find it in the library of courses to actually view. Is there something else with Rise I am missing, or should I be escalating this concern with our LMS?

Hi Sarah. I can see that you are already in touch with one of our support engineers. It looks like the issue is with Success factors. I hope the issue gets fixed soon.
