Rise SCORM files are resetting after completion

I've seen a few other discussion regarding issues with SCORM files and completion/progression tracking on an LMS. We are having the same issue. I followed a replier's suggestion of using SCORM 2004 4th edition files rather than SCORM 1.2 files. This route seemed to resolve the issue we were having, where when a user completed the SCORM file/lesson, it wouldn't be marked as complete in the LMS. However, without the prompt of an toggles, the SCORM files are resetting to the start page once the user fully completes them. Again, no toggles are set to "On" to enable this action. If the user wishes to return to that lesson, they will have to click through it all over again rather than scroll through like they used to.

Is any one else having this issue or have any suggestions to enable a "Review" mode upon completion of a SCORM file?

    Are there any changes happening in the LMS? New versions uploaded?

    Hi Lisa, 

    If the Review Mode function is turned on in your LMS, this is typically what will happen:

    Once a student has met the student completion criteria, the next time they access the course, the LMS will reset their previous student and they will need to restart the course.
