Rise sorting activities no longer in random order?
Re sorting activities: -Why are the cards now presented in the same order as the categories they match? Didn't before, and makes for terrible learning. Assume it's a bug, or did I miss something? See example: https://goo.gl/1Jh6SY

Hi, I was just creating a new sorting block in Rise and found that it isn't randomizing. I don't see a setting in the edit or settings panel. Please advise. Thank!
Looks like it works if you leave the block and go back into it...Otherwise it pulls up cards in the order they were created. Thanks anyway.

The sorting activity should shuffle the cards so learners won't see them in the same order they were created. If the cards aren't shuffling correctly on your side, we'd love to take a closer look! You can send us your course Share link by clicking here.
We're experiencing this same problem. The cards aren't presented in a random order, and there's no option to make them do so.

Hi, is it possible to enable/disable the randomness? I have a seperate activity explaining the cards and it's confusing that the order is different. Thank you!
Hello, Elevate Health! Thanks for letting me know you want to turn off the randomization on the sorting activity block.
Is this an activity you could design in Storyline and embed in your lesson using a Storyline block? That would give you the freedom to customize the interaction any way you'd like!
The sorting activity is not randomly populating. Anything I can do on my admin end to fix?
