RISE: Submit button doesn't work on question
- 1 year ago
Hello everyone, 🎉
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue you encountered where the Submit button cannot be clicked when one of the quiz choices has this combination of characters: "e:%." There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again.
Let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.
Hi. I just ran into this same issue with "%" in the quiz question. I changed it to "percent" and it worked, but wanted you let you know the bug is still there.
Hey JenTerry,
I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue.
I tested this on my end with a Rise Quiz Lesson containing multiple % symbols in the question title, as well as in the answer choices. After publishing to various editions of SCORM 2004, I did not observe the bug in SCORM Cloud.
- Here's a quick screen recording of my testing in Google Chrome!
Can you share more details on where you're seeing this behavior? Does it only occur when the course is uploaded to your LMS, or when previewing in Rise? Also, are you seeing the issue across multiple supported browsers?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
