I’m excited to share that we've released a new Rise 360 updatethat includes:
- Enhanced: Upload or generate a custom video thumbnail.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

I came here to make this feature request! A thumbnail option for videos would really cut down on additional steps needed to make videos display in learner friendly way.
