RISE Webhosting vs Preview link

The preview link has been known to change, I believe the EULA states it cannot be used for distributing content.
I use both the share link and Review360 link. The thing to remember is the share link is 'live', so if you are in the middle of editing a Rise course, someone viewing may be affected, if you publish as a web version and host on your server or use the Review360 link, this wouldn't happen.
