Rise360 scenario characters with visible disabilities

Question

It seems as if there are no characters for Rise scenarios that have visible disabilities. Is that the case?
I saw some previous discussions from 3 and 4 years ago about this, but no updates. I really need characters that represent a variety of physical differences.
