Rise/Litmos - LMS tracking course completion
Allison, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the course is too large to upload to SCORM Cloud with my free account (first thing I tried after I found the problem), but I did test it on another LMS and it works fine. Working with Litmos, we discovered that they have an issue with Rise courses published in SCORM 2004 format--but the workaround is to launch them in a separate window, so that's not too bad. We could also publish to older versions of SCORM but wanted the better item-level reporting available with 2004. They've filed a bug report and hopefully will address the issue at their end but might be interesting for your folks to take a look at that as well and perhaps jointly examine the issue? Might be no change at your end but our Litmos experience has been generally very positive and a partnership with them could be beneficial to many of your users on this up-and-coming LMS. Again, appreciate the help!

Hi Dave. I know its been a while since your post but I have experienced exactly the same issues. Tried publishing in SCORM 1.2 and then in AICC but both failed to report properly on a consistent basis. Have you found a solution to this issue yet?
