Rise/Litmos - LMS tracking course completion
We created a course in Rise and then uploaded it to our LMS (Litmos) but are not able to track completion of the course by learner. Can anyone advise if they got this to work? If yes, how did you ...
Hi Stephanie. I have only experimented with Scorm 1.2 and Tincan. Both failed to report learner progress and assessment scores. I have not tried the workaround to launch in a separate window yet. The guys at Litmos are still trying to troubleshoot and provide me with a working solution. The one thing that was helpful was launching the course in an incognito/private window so that the when learners review the course, it does not mess with the progress they made previously.
