Roll back to a previous version of Storyline 360

We've very sorry to hear that updating to the latest version of Storyline 360 didn't address the issues that you were encountering. Installing older versions of Storyline 360 is an available feature in the Articulate 360 Desktop app, but you can only roll back to versions that were released in the last 6 months. If you need an older version of Storyline 360 that is not available in the Articulate 360 Desktop app, you can request for a copy of the installer of your preferred version by reaching out to our support team here.
i understand that you already have an open ticket for the original issue that you reported, so I suggest opening a new support ticket specifically for the purpose of requesting for the installer of your preferred Storyline 360 version. Our team will reach out to you through the original support ticket as soon as an update on the issue becomes available.
