Save a course to completion in LMS, then relaunch, completion status on first attempt not saved

When a course in LMS reaches Completion status, and then is re-launched for any reason, either partly or fully, then exited, it is not retaining the Completion status from the first attempt. Is there something I need to do in SL?

    Hello Daniella!

    Which completion/success status are you using? 

    • Passed/Incomplete 
    • Passed/Failed 
    • Completed/Incomplete 
    • Completed/Failed 
    It may be worth testing this in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
