Save and Exit working in Chrome but not Edge

Hi,  Can anyone advise on why saving and exiting using Microsoft Edge takes us to a blank screen and I therefore have to close the entire application but on Chrome it works correctly? Just wonde...

Hi Lee,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

  • Is the course that you are accessing hosted on an LMS? 
  • Are all of your courses affected? 
  • Do you have all latest available Windows updates installed on your machine? 
  • Does clearing the cache of your Edge browser help? 

If you have a project file that we can test, would you be willing to share a copy of your file here or in private through a support case for testing?
