Saving courses to a centralized location

My team each have their own articulate accounts, meaning the courses they create are only accessible by them unless they share with the rest of the team.  Is there a way to save all courses files once they are published in a centralized location so they can be accessible by a team for reviewing and updating?  For example on a Sharepoint site?

  • Hi Marnie, thanks for reaching out. When you export a course, there isn't a way to import it back into Rise 360 to be able to make changes to it. If your team only needs to review the course and pass on suggestions to the course owner, the course owner can publish the course to Review 360. You can also perhaps save the Review 360 links to a document and save the document on a centralized location. If the team needs authoring permissions, the course owner must add the team members as a collaborator. Let me know if you have any questions about this.
