Saving courses to a centralized location
My team each have their own articulate accounts, meaning the courses they create are only accessible by them unless they share with the rest of the team. Is there a way to save all courses files once they are published in a centralized location so they can be accessible by a team for reviewing and updating? For example on a Sharepoint site?

Hi Marnie, thanks for reaching out. When you export a course, there isn't a way to import it back into Rise 360 to be able to make changes to it. If your team only needs to review the course and pass on suggestions to the course owner, the course owner can publish the course to Review 360. You can also perhaps save the Review 360 links to a document and save the document on a centralized location. If the team needs authoring permissions, the course owner must add the team members as a collaborator. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

This was a great question. Since it was originally asked, new features (user mgmt and Team folders) have been added. Does anyone have a best practice or solution they like to ensure all Rise courses from users across an enterprise account are accessible if needed? For example using a shared Team folder, specific user account that is added as collaborator/manager on everything, etc.
Hello JasonWyatt-7d13,
I'm glad you've reached out in this discussion to gather community insight! Team Folders is an excellent way to improve collaboration and assign roles to multiple authors for content shared within the folders. As a reference, I'd like to share this article with helpful FAQs on Team Folders in Rise 360.
I'll open this discussion up to our fabulous community members to share what works best for their personal workflow!
