Scenario Blocks Limited in Character Count
Is there any way to increase the character count in a scenario block? 150-200 character limit is very frustrating. I think if you give us the option of changing the font size and increasing our character count it would make it so much better. A lot of my scenarios are technicians having conversations with customers, but the character count really limits me. I can not do a lot of scenarios because of the character limit. Please fix this!

+1 on the request for bumping up the character count to at least 300. Having a max of 200 characters forced me to cut content and is insufficient for technical info. I ended up turning to acronyms which can be tough for learners.
While I hear -- and appreciate -- your frustration, if you are clever about chunking the conversations/text you CAN make it work over several slides. I have grown to look at the character count limitations as a way for Articulate to help us practice solid design techniques by NOT including too much text on a page. (I have successfully retrained my brain to look at it this way...LOL!)
Yeah, I hear you. I have trained my brain for this as well because I do not have a choice, but it would be nice to have it bumped up to at least 300. The replies are set at 150, and the questions are maxed at 200. I think 300 for each would not affect the presentation in my opinion.
I have to agree that having 300 characters would be really helpful in creating richer scenarios.
I really agree with this. Our team uses scenarios a lot and we'd be able to get a lot more out of them if there were a bit more flexibility here.
Throw my vote in! I feel like upping the count to at least 300 wouldn't cause issues visually. Either that or if a certain character count is reached the text could continue into a new speech bubble, thereby resolving any speech bubble size problems.

I'm sure there are at least 300 users out there that would like this count to be 300.. One for each character :-)
I basically avoid this block because of this current restriction.
Because of the character limits, what other ways are you presenting content in Rise? I am currently attempting to re-create phone scenarios for technicians, and the character limit is unable to support my responses. I would ideally like technicians to be able to have response options.
