Score not populating in the Centrical Platform
Hi Team,
I have created the 5 question quiz with result slide in the Articulate 360, and published as a Scorm 2004 3rd edition, and uploaded to the Centrical website which we use in our organization. but that platform the score is not populating. Do I need to do anything about the scrom package? Please assist me in solving this issue.

Sorry to hear you are also running into issues capturing learner's scores in your LMS. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot this!
As a first step, I would suggest testing your course in SCORM Cloud. It's an online LMS environment that can be used to determine if an issue lies with a Storyline file or the LMS itself. If you test your course in SCORM Cloud and it performs as intended then your issue is likely LMS based.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or privately through a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it from our system when we're done testing!
