Score of result slide changes while revisiting

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have encounter a issue. Score (%Quiz1.ScorePercent%%) of result slide changes while revisiting the other pages.

Please provide solution to this as my client is awaiting for response and users to their course report complaints about their changing score.
