Scores Changing in LMS. Issues with SCORM Packaging

I forgot to mention that when we worked with Workday Support, they were able to provide the screenshot above showing how the scores go up and down, based on answers/interaction. However, they were unable to provide any guidance on how to fix the issues.
Current quiz settings:
- Passing %: 80%.
- Published as Passed/Incomplete; we've also done Passed/Failed.
- Each question is set to score based on the answer. 10 points for the correct answer, and 0 for an incorrect answer.
Gotcha. I'm unable to access the link, and am not familiar with ETC.
