Hello StevenBenassi we are currently experiencing this issue with a course, can you share the results/issue/fix?

    Hi PatrickNolan-24,

    I'm happy to look into Krishna's case for you!

    The support case appears to have been linked to a bug already resolved in a previous Storyline update. I recommend upgrading to the latest Storyline version to enjoy that bug fix. If you observe the issue in a published course, I suggest republishing it using the latest Storyline version.

    If the problem persists, would you be willing to share your Storyline file with us so we can determine if other factors are causing this behavior? Please add details on what you're experiencing as well. You may also privately share the file by sending it in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
