Scoring issues when playback speed is enabled
We are experiencing an issue with our courses in LMS. When learners change the playback speed to 1.5x or 2x, the final score isn’t recording and the students aren’t getting credit for completing the courses. When they go back into the courses and take them at the normal speed, the scores are recording. Is this a known issue? Are there any solutions for fixing it so we can still allow that feature to be used?

How are you tracking the scores? Are you using the "viewed X% of the [total number of] slides" or are you tracking quiz completions? If you are using the former, try using a different method and link the "send completion" action to something that the learner has to do on a slide near the end of the course (click an acknowledgement button, etc.). If you are tracking quiz completions and scores as the method of "completion tracking," the problem you describe sounds like a bug more than anything, so I would submit a case to Articulate.
