SCORM 1.2 not saving progress
Hello all!
Our users are having some difficulty saving their course completions in Rise. They do receive their badge and show completion on our LMS (Totara), but if they re-enter the course to refer back to any information, it shows an incomplete. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

Most Learning Management Systems will by default consider a course to be in Review Mode when a learner attempts the course again after the completion requirement has been met.
There should be a setting in the Totara LMS that controls Review mode.
Thank you! I have checked our Totara settings and this isn't the issue. I'd appreciate any other ideas!
Hi Jenn,
If we turn off Review Mode in our LMS, when students return to a course that has a previously achieved completed status, the course shows their previous bookmarks and completion status.
