SCORM 1.2 package in LMS keeps freezing

Hi All, We have published a Storyline file as a SCORM 1.2 package in MyLearn. Unfortunately when the user has other items open in the browser, the e-learning freezes and the user has to reload it ...

I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. Does this happen for all users who take the course? Have they tried using a different browser? Another idea is to include a short blurb at the beginning of the course recommending they view the course with only one tab open.

Additionally, I'm curious if the issue only occurs when the course is played in MyLearn. Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to determine if the issue is specific to the environment in which it's played? If the freezing happens in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your file! We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
