SCORM 2004 2nd edition issue with success factor

Hi Team,

I have created 1 Quiz in storyline 360. I have published the course in SCORM 2004 2nd edition.

when I have uploaded my course Success factor after completing the course I got an error. I have attached the error message screenshot.

 

Please help.
