SCORM 2004 4th edition audio loading issues in AI license

I recently faced an issue with one of my course, where I used 2004 4th edition SCORM packet on my LMS and many users were facing double audio/audio not playing issues on assigning courses.

I published same course using Non-AI licensed version of Storyline, and it worked fine.

Now my company is switching completely to AI licenses, I am not sure why this problem appeared.

    There shouldn’t be any difference in SCORM audio behavior based on whether Storyline is licensed with AI features or not. If the same course works when published from a non-AI license but shows audio issues when published from an AI license, that’s something we’ll want to take a closer look at.

    Because audio behavior in SCORM 2004 4th edition can also be influenced by LMS and publish settings, the best next step is to connect with our support team so they can review the project, publish details, and LMS setup.
