SCORM Content Load Issue on LMS
Thank you for your response. I tested the content on SCORM Cloud and it is working without any errors.
Regarding the suspended data, during a meeting with the vendor, we shared our screen when the content was frozen. As a solution, they cleared the suspended data from the backend. After this action, the content was working properly. But this is temporary.
I also checked the console, but only to check the character limit, which was 299.

What LMS are you using for production? It would seem that the problem is either directly with the LMS, or the interaction of that specific LMS with these courses. (Of course, to be sure, you'd have to do more than one test on SCORM Cloud.) It could in principle even really be the suspend data ... and the LMS you're using doesn't handle it the same way as most systems.
Hmm ... this source says that there is a surprisingly small limit on the size of suspend data in SCORM 1.2, and the solution is to go to SCORM 2004. This isn't always practical, at least one major LMS doesn't fully support SCORM 2004, even in 2026.
Hmm again ... suspend data limits were discussed on this very forum before:
How would you confidently diagnose suspend_data is exceeding SCORM 1.2 limit? | E-Learning Heroes - CarlFink11 day agoCommunity Member
By the way: there is no such thing as SCORM 1.3 that I have ever heard of. Presumably that's SCORM 2004 version 3?
