SCORM file not downloading

Sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading a SCORM package from Rise 360!
Have you had a chance to test the behavior across multiple supported browsers? Also, does clearing the cache or using an incognito browser window make any improvements? If still unsuccessful, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.

I am currently experiencing the same thing and came across this post. I've tried everything from incognito browser to trying different types of browsers and nothing is working right now. I will submit a support case ticket soon.
