Screen reader not picking up focus order and tabbing not picking up items in focus order.
Articulate is up to date and I have resaved the project.
This issue is in both Review 360 and published versions of the course.
I have the focus order set and the screen reader is not picking up anything on the screens. Also tab order is not working on all of the slides I have checked so far.
I found a setting under file to enable screen reader support, and I have enabled it, but it has not affected the screen reader or tabbing correctly.

Hi Farrsaway,
Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot and video!
From what I can see, only the Next and Previous buttons are receiving focus, which is expected if those are the only interactive elements on the slide. In Storyline 360, screen readers and keyboard navigation move through interactive items (like buttons and text-entry fields) in the focus order you set, while static text and images are skipped to reduce extra keystrokes.
You can learn more here: Storyline 360: Navigation for Screen Reader and Keyboard-Only Users
If you were expecting other objects to be read or included in the tab sequence, try confirming that they have an interactive role or consider adding alternate text to describe key visuals.
Also, the “Enable screen reader support during preview” option only affects the in-app preview. It doesn’t change how screen readers or tab order behave in Review 360 or the published output.
If you are still seeing unexpected behavior, would you be willing to share your Storyline file with us so we can take a closer look? You can share it here or privately through a support case, and we’ll delete it once we finish testing.
