Screen Readers reading MP4 file when using the 'Record Screen' Storyline feature
Thanks for your reply Elizabeth.
I did mention in my post that I can't select it as a layer to get to your proposed solution, as when you screen record the slides in, the recording does not show up as a selectable mp4 layer.
It's kind of just embedded into the layer without a source you can refer to, to adjust its accessibility status.
Did you make any progress with the accessibility of the screen recording screens in storyline?

I ended up not using the screen recording to slide function as my conclusion was that it is not accessible in the end.
Funnily enough, my workplace decided against using storyline for creating slide-by-slide interactive media as it did not meet our accessibility guidelines. I still screen record videos with storyline but I publish it as an video/MP4 and we just use videos for our online learning.
If I had the budget, I would probably just start using another video editing tool but we still use Rise so it is convenient for me to just use storyline as a video editing tool.
